Question 201
Multiple Choice
Lacey Lacey just started a new job. She's adjusting to working in a different place, with new co-workers and an increased amount of responsibility. She really enjoys her new job, but some of the changes are aggravating. For example, in order to get to her new job, she has to transfer from one bus line to another, and there are often delays at the transfer point. Lacey has started dealing with this delay by playing games on her phone. That way she always has something entertaining to do when she has to wait. Before she had games on her phone, Lacey would often find herself sitting on the bench getting angrier and angrier about the delay. By the time she got to work, she would have herself worked up into such a state that she would snap at her co-workers. She sat down with her boyfriend one night to brainstorm about ways that she could prevent herself from getting so angry. Her boyfriend pointed out that it was probably her boredom that made her so upset. That's when she decided on the games. Now that she has a way to deal with the delay, Lacey also finds that she doesn't get as many headaches as she used to. -What is the term used to describe Lacey's behaviour of recognizing a problem, confronting it,and finding a practical solution
