Quizplus LLC. (“Quizplus”) is dedicated to providing students with an experience that combines motivation, accountability and learning personalization to help them study smarter and save money. To do this we need to understand users' habits so we can deliver exceptional and personalized service specifically for them. Quizplus knows that users care about how their personal data is collected, used and shared, and we take their privacy seriously. General Statement of Principles
As described in detail below, any information we gather through our website & app/s is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason. We will NOT sell or give away any personal data that we may retain.
Data Collection

Payment Transaction Information: With the exception of credit/debit card information that is intended to be encrypted and protected by our third-party payment providers, we store the information provided by you when purchasing Quizplus subscriptions.

Location Information: If you permit Quizplus to access your location in order to provide you with an improved experience by showing you location custom content or marketing material. We may also collect the precise location of your device when our app (web or mobile) is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.

Device Information: we may collect information about the device you are using to access Quizplus products, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, device motion information, and mobile network information.

Analytics information: We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our product. These tools collect information sent by your device or our product, including the pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving our product. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User. This data cannot be used to identify the user and will not be shared with any third-party providers.

​​Information from Integrated Sign-On Services: If you decide to register through or otherwise grant access to a third-party social networking or integrated service (what we call an “Integrated Service”), such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter or similar single sign-on service, Quizplus may also collect Personal Information that is already associated with your Integrated Service account. You may also have the option of sharing additional information with Quizplus through an Integrated Service, as controlled through your settings on that Integrated Service. If you choose to provide such information, during registration or otherwise, Quizplus will treat the information as Personal Information and will use it in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

Collected information will NOT be sold, rented or leased to any third parties.
Data Usage & Sharing
We may use the information we collect about you to:

    2. With law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our User agreements, Terms of Use, or policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quizplus employees or users.
    3. In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.
