In order for a molecule to be nonpolar, it must have a symmetrical structure and no polar bonds. 
Option E (BCl3) fits this criteria as it has a trigonal planar symmetrical shape and contains polar covalent bonds with the same electronegativity (i.e. 3 identical chlorine atoms). The bond dipoles cancel out resulting in a overall nonpolar molecule. 
All of the other options contain polar bonds and/or asymmetric structures, making them polar molecules.
