I have a hypothesis that people who have freckles on their faces may not be as athletically inclined as other people.To test it,I divided the class into two groups based on whether or not they have freckles (either none or some),and then measured how high the participants in each of the groups could jump.Based on this information,identify the independent variable (including number of levels)and the dependent variable.Which variable is categorical?
