According to UCC 2-601, if only a portion of the goods or their tender fails to conform to the contract, the buyer or lessee has the option to reject that portion and accept the conforming portion. The buyer or lessee can only reject all of the goods if the non-conformity substantially impairs the value of the entire contract or if the non-conformity cannot be cured or remedied.
