If photographs in the company's annual report always show women sitting and staring at computer screens while men sit at big conference tables listening to reports and making decisions, the pictures imply that men occupy (or deserve) important positions as executives while women are suited to clerical positions.
As a communicator, make sure that you don't reinforce or inspire prejudice and bigotry. Always discuss and depict people without biases related to their race, religion, language, age, weight, height, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, national or social origin, and marital or family status.
