Who is a knowledge user?

A) Any individual who is likely to be able to use the knowledge gained through research to make informed decisions about policies, programs, and practices.
B) An individual who works to set aside her or his own experiences by outwardly acknowledging and recording one's own experiences.
C) Any individual who is exposed to some level of manipulation in an experimental group.
