What is the most favorable shipping terms to buyers? Why? What about to sellers? Why?
Why would a buyer ever enter into an arrangement where the buyer assumes the risk of loss during transport? Is it fair that common carrier's don't take any responsibility under the UCC?
Why can creditors reach the property of buyer that the buyer has under a sale or return contract or consignment,but not property under a sale on approval contract or lease? Is this difference rational?
