Rossolimo's reflex test is performed by tapping the plantar surface of toes. A positive response is plantar flexion of the toes. It is used to detect the pyramidal tract lesions.
Chaddock's reflex test is performed by stroking the lateral side of foot beneath the lateral malleolus. A positive sign is by the extension of the great toe and the fanning of the four small toes. This test is also used to detect pyramidal tract lesion.
