The three methods of constant controls are given below:

1. Self-control method – In this process employee has to perform their job through self-monitoring in the absence of managers who is responsible for monitoring their performance.

2. Clan control method – This process is a form of human resource control on which organization relies heavily on its norms and culture for ensuring their specific behaviors through peer pressure.

3. Standing plus method – This process consider some procedures, policies and rules for influencing employee’s behavior in predictable and recurring situations.
