Reflecting Responses: Reflecting responses translate the message, understanding of the message and then sends the acceptance of the message to the sender. Once the message is received by the receiver he needs to paraphrase the message by using his words which will communicate the level of understanding to the sender. Reflecting messages are of great use in training sessions in which the trainer can estimate the extent of understanding of the trainees when they offer a feedback by using reflecting responses.
