For instance, the sender has to frame the communication content carefully in such a way so that it can be easily understood by the receiver. He has to choose a channel to send the information across to the client. After receipt the receiver has to try and unwrap the message to understand the meaning. Finally the receiver has to prepare a feedback report on the message.
