Setting refers to the physical surroundings which are necessary for communicating a message. Setting means the physical location where the communication is taking place, the situation in which it is taking place etc.

Body language refers to the physical movements such as hand gestures and other facial expressions used by the sender and receiver during a non-verbal communication. For example eye contact, lip movements, facial expressions and hand and body movements convey a message to the receiver.
