Filtering: Filtering is a process in which the facts are distorted in such a way that a positive image emanates from the communications. Sometimes, during conversations, one of the parties may try to cover the real facts by changing the conversation. They can also do so by hiding the facts in such a manner that the actual facts are ignored or are hidden.
