Leadership style

It refers to the style of leader for motivating people, implementing plans and providing direction to its followers. There are different types of leadership style viz. laissez faire, autocratic, transactional, participative and transformational. In other words it is the pattern of behavior which is being adopted by the leader for influencing its followers’ behavior so as to achieve the task being assigned to them.
