Two factor theory

The two factor theory of Herzberg represents that there exist some factors in the organization that result in job dissatisfaction while some other factors that result in job satisfaction .According to Herzberg the opposite of dissatisfaction is no dissatisfaction and the opposite of satisfaction is “No satisfaction”.
