A conflict refers to the activity underlying which groups or individual are willing to undertake acts associated with the obligation, needs and wants that are mutually inconsistent. Conflict refers to the discord, disagreement, friction that arises in between group of people when the actions or belief of one or two people existing in the group are either unacceptable or resisted by one or two people of other group. Intergroup conflict arises between the people existing in the same group.
