Responsibility: It is the obligation or requirement to complete given tasks on time. Every member of the organization is responsible for some of the other activity in it. This is how work goes on in such organizations. The seniors assign responsibility to their juniors. The juniors must act accordingly and finish tasks on time. Usually not handling the responsibilities well may lead to penalty for the employee or the worker.
