Job enrichment refers to the medium pertaining to which the self-driven employees are motivated by the management by adding extra responsibility to them which is reserved normally for the employees working at higher level in the organization. Since, the manager is asking K to add more responsibility to his exiting plate for making his job more challenging, hence, it is ascertained that the job design technique in this situation is “job enrichment”
