Sources for resistance to Change: Normally people’s attitudes towards change will be different; some people may welcome a change and accept the change as a challenge. Other people might refuse to accept change and may be afraid to deal with the change process. Many plans do not succeed due to the resistance of employees to adapt to new changes.
