Change Process: Organizations will be exposed to situations which demand changes in the organization. There will be several steps involved in the organization’s change process and the process involves the following steps:

1. Denial: Many a time’s organizations do not accept changes and thus organization’s management face denial.

2. Resistance: The employees of the organization oppose to the changes which the organization is facing.

3. Exploration: Organization and its employees try to explore new ways and devise methods to change.

4. Commitment: Commitment refers to the willingness of the employees to change.
