Management by Objectives: In this type of technique both the management and the people gets involved in the process of setting up of sizeable and measurable targets.

They also set time dead lines within which the targets are to be achieved. All the objectives are meant to bring the organization improvement. The work done by all the employees will be compared against the objectives set for each employee and rewards will be paid based on the work done.
