Decision making conditions: Decision making is done under three different types of conditions, they are

1. Decision making under certainty: Under this condition when the decision is taken the organization can depict the outcome of the decision.

2. Decision making under risk: Under this condition when the organization is making a decision that making the decision involves a certain amount of risk.

3. Decision making under uncertainty: In this sort of decision the organization while taking a decision cannot predict what will be final outcome of the decision.
