Problem solving is the measure taken by an organization to set the objectives on track to achieve its purpose. In other words they are the corrective measures taken by the company to see that the necessary changes are brought in the company’s objectives.

For example, using the previous example of selling 1000 bikes in a year, if the company is not able to meet the target continuously then the company has use its problem solving skills to reset its sales target.
