Assets are defined as belongings or possessions. There are many assets in relation to airlines that need to be protected and maintained. The important assets of the airlines can be physical assets or fixed assets.

The other assets can be the financial investors in the airlines. The ground staff, the flying staff such as the pilot and the cabin crew, also forms an important asset of the airlines.
