Software Quality

Software is of high-quality when it acquires the following features:

1. Software must be easily available for downloading and for buying that is it must be cost-concerned.

2. The source of the software must be available under a usable suitable License.

3. The software must be easily working and understood by the user.

4. The software must be easy to compile, Install, and deploy.

5. The software must have good, extensive, and usable documentation.

6. The software must be portable.

7. The software must be highly secure.

8. The software must have high-quality program that can maintain large backward compatibility with the older versions of it as best as possible.

9. The software with high quality must have good ways for the users of it to receive the support. For example, IRC Channels, A Mailing List, Web Forums.

10. The software with the high-quality must be quick and responsive and must acquire high-performance.
