A person can obtain employment-related experiences without working in a job situation through volunteer work, internships and campus projects.

Several students take up part-time jobs to earn certain amount of money while they are studying. This will help the student to gain experience which will be useful when they enter into the corporate world to work full-time.

Apart from this students can also get experience that will help in a job situation by doing internships and participating in projects. This will help them in learning how to work in groups and handling situations under pressure and crisis.
