There are various types of primary benefits of randomization that are operated in a more logistic kind of manner. One main primary benefit of using randomization process is that it strikes out the balance level that deals with confounding phenomenon. For example, smoking act as a confounding factor that in turn, randomizes the sufficient large number of participants that produces a similar ratio of smokers distribution in terms of age factor, duration and intensity of smoking between the control and intervention groups.
