Socioeconomic status (SES) of a person consist his or her total income, occupation, and education. In other words, a person’s socioeconomic status can be defined by his or her overall sociological and economical background. If a family’s socioeconomic status is to be defined then the family’s overall income, education, and occupation of earner is to be determined.
