Certain individuals have been exempted from this case study because of their age, or work-source. These include students who do not have any significant contribution to the economy and are not considered to be a part of mainstream jobs yet.
The given case study is restricted to ages 16-64 years. This has been done so as to include all the individuals that are employed into some or the other mainstream-type jobs. The aim of the case study is to correlate the occupation and alcohol related mortality rates. The individuals outside of this age range are considered to be either too young to be working or too old to be employed and hence are not included.
