Investigate the complexities of Intellectual property law

1. The problem speculates on Intellectual Property and Copyright Law. A copyright is an intellectual property right owned by the creator or an entity on behalf of the creator. A copyright discerns ownership in the formation and pattern of an idea instead of the idea itself. An example is while the process of making movies is available to everyone to replicate, each movie in itself is copyrighted to the creators.

An intellectual property is any innovation of the mind – in the form of media (such as books) or digital data (such as a whitepaper). The copyright laws are designed to protect the ownership of these innovations against unlawful reproduction in any manner. Breaking a copyright law is referred to as copyright infringement.
