Sperm test:

Semen analysis is a process of evaluating male fertility through microscopic and macroscopic examination.

• This test helps to know about the density, motility, morphology of sperm and so on.

Motility of sperm:

• Movement of sperm is led by flagella of sperm, towards cervix of female reproductive system.

• It is one of the important factors in determining infertility.

• The motility of sperm is considered as normal when it is greater than “50%”.

• The range of sperm motility between 25 to 50 percentages does not reflect any problem.
