In circuit switching ISDN interface is used which uses the 64 kb/s channels and 16 kb/s channels for network signaling. 128 kb/s is obtained by using two 64 kb/s channels. The cost of operating is the circuit switching depends on the company, the data rate, the distance and other factors.
