Parents are more focused on ethnicity, as they always want their own ones to follow the culture of the society. This not only allows them to face the world challenges and problems, but also allows them to take right decision at times of need. Parents do cite live examples and sharing their own experiences with their children to make them respond to potential discrimination. This preparation is almost similar everywhere in every nation but still a sharp difference can be noticed in their teachings depending upon the cultures they hail from. Socialization: It is a means through which individual's gain information regarding a particular ethnicity to which they belong. Here, individuals follow both the norms that are self-imposed, and predefine by the community. Every society takes the responsibility to have individuals, who are ethically strong, i.e. a responsible individual towards the society. Each society implements its own ethical standards to improvise the behavior of the individual. In general, socialization refers to group norms which make a younger generation learn the adult role. For example: Consider a situation where parents are more focused on improvising a strong and clear character among their children. In this situation, different culture responds different. Few of them may restrict their children from doing certain things, and others may share each and every thing with them as we do to a friend. These strict and lenient actions are only meant to guide the youngsters in right path. In most of the situations an individual may come across a situation where he or she might find their culture to be different from another. The basic thing a youngster should notice is, no culture is wrong as the culture is always meant to safeguard the actions performed within the society. To support the point that culture differs, consider the marriage event of any two societies. It will differ, as different society has unique norm and style of conducting this event.

An individual has a chance to fail or succeed, but it depends on how he or she has gained knowledge over their culture. Culture is vital for a student life, as it always restricts him or her from taking wrong decision, and guides them through ethnicity. Parents take responsibility in providing the required resources which help their child to prosper, but they do have some expectation. For example, parents may expect their child to have a good conduct in college, as the character is given more importance than scoring in any ethnicity. Most of the parents expect their child to gain good scoring and learn manners, but what they do expect is to become a good citizen out of all.
