Therefore there is no case that radiologists in US are losing their jobs due to the out sourcing. The truth is that there is an acute shortage of radiologists in the US and this is a safe and secure manner by which the job is done quickly and efficiently.
Case summary: An individual works as a director for Company MT Technology that manufactures design software. Recently, the firm has upgraded the customer service extranet using which the customers can download software updates directly from the firm's extranet site. The initial response from the majority of the customers were very positive, however, except for a large local government client. This client has removed internet access from all the office computers after discovering that the employees spend atleast 40% of their office time surfing entertainment, news, and sleazy sites. Due to this, the client will not be able to download software upgrades from MT's extranet directly, and for this, the firm decided to send upgrade CDs to the client's 24 regional offices. In this case, the way Company MT Technology's client has removed internet access from all the office computers, it has sent a very strict and serious message to the employees of the client firm. This action of the client firm has made its employees to learn a lesson that the firm will not afford and tolerate its employees spending large amount of time surfing internet unnecessarily wasting their time. The client made the employees realize that instead of surfing internet uselessly, they should devote their time in doing substantial work for the firm. This action of the client has made the employees to stick to their work at office, and not to waste their time in doing anything other than work. The employees are also indirectly informed that the firm will take a severe action against the ones who will be found wasting office time in anything other than work.
Monitoring of the calls refers to the process of auditing the calls of the employees done by the supervisors in the organisation. If calls are being monitored at work some employees feel that their privacy is being violated which leads to the discouragement in the employees. Especially in the organisations where it is newly introduced. On the other side, some employees who try to understand the purpose of its introduction will try to cope up with the introduced new rule and will adjust and integrate it. In other way it will make some employees use their mobile phones more times as their official calls are being monitored which will lead to wastage of time.
