For instance, when companies N and AZ amalgamated in 2000, they decided to abandon irrelevant brands, so ACC procured two of their vegetable pesticide and herbicide which are applied in cranberry fields. ACC does not follow an ethical approach since it adopts the technique of marketing toxic, harmful, and dumped pesticides in cranny markets. Additionally, the relentless efforts of ACC to get approval for a temporary exemption from the agency EPA for selling harmful pesticides even after its ban in the United States and the act of transshipping these products in other countries is not ethical. Despite having a code of conduct that concentrates on fulfilling business and ethical maneuverings, they continue to export and trade abandoned pesticides. Therefore, ACC fails to pursue its strategy in an upright or humane manner since the company is less concerned with the toxicity produced by their products and continue to emphasize on profit generation by selling these products.

Marketing extremely harmful products should be discarded at all costs. Further, ACC should also comply with the rules established by EPA and halt the selling of harmful pesticides. 

The company ACC, a pesticide company known for buying ownership rights of obsolete products from big companies, emphasizes solely on profitability with little or no concern about the damages their products caused to the environment, people, and various animals. Despite the banning of some extremely harmful pesticides such as dibromochloropropane and other organophosphate pesticides in the U.S., ACC acquired the ownership of these old products and continue to sell them in niche markets and export them in foreign countries. Following this, it has faced continuous lawsuits from different people for marketing banned products which affected thousands of farmers. The success of ACC lies in its vision of acquiring old products and sell them in cranny markets. This strategy helped the company to expand to a multinational corporation. However, with endless lawsuits and protests by various organizations, and regulations placed by the agency EPA, it incorporated a code of conduct that deals with ethical issues. With the government intervention, the ACC has discontinued selling most of its banned products in the U.S, however, it continues to export these goods in many countries. The act of marketing harmful pesticides should be checked. The ACC's act of lobbying poisonous products and exporting to other foreign countries should be regulated. Allowing the exportation of toxic products when they are already barred in the United States demonstrates the highest degree of perspicacity and unethical side of the government. This beckons the thought of merely protecting only its citizens while causing harm to other countries to generate revenues is exploitative and discriminatory. Therefore, companies should stop producing harmful pesticides that are already outlawed by the government and the exportation of such products should not be permitted by law at all costs.
