Mostly, the government extends these services to the taxpayers. However, in emergencies, people who do not pay tax can also avail such services. In Country A, the Patient protection and affordable care act (ACA) forces every individuals of the country to take insurance coverage. Thus, the government-paid medical care services are a great relief for all the citizens of the country.
