Human system stands for the psychological study of human behavior and experiences in the complex systems. The human behavior gets highly affected by human thinking and the kind of experiences a person observes and absorbs from the surrounding. Human system stands for the branch that is a combination of both theoretical psychology and applied psychology. This combination provides human beings with a behavior and experience that affects its complex system inspiring an individuals' thinking and behavior. Human system is developed using various kinds of psychology like applied system psychology, cognitive system psychology, concrete system psychology, contract-system psychology, family-system psychology, organismic system psychology, etc. These together form a situation wherein human beings adopt to their nature and thinking pattern providing proper structure to the effectiveness of the human system.

Group dynamics stands for the system of behaviors and processes that hail psychologically occurring in a social group internally or in groups externally. Group dynamics basically deals with the behavior and attitudes of different type of people in s group providing information on the ways of forming groups and the performance of individuals in that group. It provides for the processes, structures, functions and methods used by the group as a whole in undertaking its various activities. An understanding of group dynamics is essential for any team manager or group member because group dynamics provides a significant role for any organization and its culture to sustain and perform. It helps different type of people in a group to influence each other with their different ideas, approaches, motivations, backgrounds, and different aims and ambitions in life. This also helps in identifying the positive and negative outcomes of each decision that an organization takes for its group performances and thereby learns to balance the task relationship.

Group norm stands for the rules and regulations, the disciplinary factors, the dos and don'ts that the group follows while performing activities designated to it so that task is achieved effectively. Group norms could be considered a part of group structure when the group starts taking the group norms as its ritual and follows them religiously. For example, if a group has a norm of being punctual for its members and if all the members take this norm religiously and follows it with strictness, then this group norm could be called as a part of group structure. It is also the fact that group norms take years of persistence actions and behaviors to become an integral part of the group structure and when the group members start respecting the norms of the group then it becomes an inevitable part of the group performance and its structure. Thus, it completely depends upon the group members to form a particular norm as a part of their group structure as it is all about the member's behaviors and attitudes that makes a particular norm acceptable in a group structure.
