Essay
Answer:

Answer:

Communication stands for the process of passing information and message from the sender to the receiver using various communication channels and mediums ensuring information is passed properly.
In the communication process, meaning is in the mind of the sender and the receiver. This could be explained by stating that the message being sent by the sender should be drafted in such a manner that the receiver of the message receives it in the same intended form as that of the sender of the message. There rely chances that the message sent and message received are not taken in a similar meaning by both the parties and to prevent this there is a need to draft messages in simple and comprehensive manner.
Examples- A team member sent a mistaken message of early meeting next day and forgot to clarify from the team leader. This created a communication fault wherein the leader messaged the team member to inform other members about a meeting next day, but that team member without clarifying with the leader messaged others about early morning meeting. In this there are high chances that the team leader might not arrive early morning for meeting owing to the fact that he is unaware of the time of the meeting.

Free
Essay
Answer:

Answer:

Goal-setting stands for the process through which an organization drafts its goals, objectives and plans for future course of actions in a systematic manner by evaluating all the possible available resources.
Interpersonal communication stands for the transfer and exchange of information that takes place between two or more people wherein communication takes place making use of various verbal and non-verbal cues and relational goals are developed. While, inter-group communication stands for the communication that takes place between people which is based upon their relationship as group members rather than on the basis of their individual characteristics.
Goal setting is greatly related with interpersonal and inter-group communications because unless the employees in the organization or a in a group are amiable towards each other and undertake communication in a positive manner, an organization is not capable of setting its goals and achieving it effectively. This is the reason why goal setting is planned and applied only when the employees possess good interpersonal communication in the group as well as individually with each other.
