In his contract with WOB, King promised to produce Jones for a fight, but the contract required Jones to take drug tests before and after the match. On the day of the fight, Jones tested positive once again for performance enhancing drugs and was disqualified from the match. WOB sued King, claiming that King breached their contract by failing to produce Jones for the fight.
