Population growth is the increase in the rate of individuals in a particular population. This increased rate of population has lead to increase in anthropogenic activities. The global human population growth increases about 1.1% per year. The rapid increase in number of individuals in a population has lead to cause overpopulation in the country. Some major effects of overpopulation in a city or area are as follows: 1. All the places across are overcrowded every time due to increasing population. 2. Increase in demand of food, shelter and energy. 3. No availability of unoccupied land. 4. Increase in pollution. 5. Overuse of private transport like cars, bikes and scooters. 6. Increased domestic and sewage waste. 7. Unhygienic environment due to garbage. 8. A lot of Water is wasted in washing cars. 9. Expansion of areas into forestlands. 10. Increase in demand of fuels. If the population will keep on increasing continuously, it will affect the country and its environment. The rise in human activities will consume all the non renewable resources which are provided by our mother earth. If not checked, country would be suffering from starvation when all the natural resources will deplete. Humans will occupy all the available land and then there would be virtually no land for cultivation and vegetation. It will degrade the traditional cultures and deplete the natural resources. There will be increase in demand of fuels. Overuse of private transport will cause pollution which will deplete the atmosphere hence, several problems such as global warming, greenhouse effect, flooding, habitat loss and mass extinction will occur. People will also suffer from health problems.

Global climate change is the change in the climate due to anthropogenic activities. The activities can be burning of fossil fuels, emission of toxic gases, pollution from factories and vehicles, degradation of soil and vegetation, cutting of trees and many more. This all activities deplete the climate of the country and affect the health of individuals. They destroy the environment and biodiversity of the country. According to scientists, the primary cause of global climate change is carbon dioxide emissions. The increase in production of carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases like chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's) causes dramatic climate change. The ice core data also shows that there is more carbon dioxide level now days as compared to last 900,000 years. Carbon dioxide is produced from burning of fossil fuels. It is also emitted from the cars, trucks and buses. Factories also produce harmful gases and one of them is carbon dioxide. Due to excess of emission, they have upset the natural balance which existed in the nature. The industrial sector is also responsible for the emission of harmful gases. Not only carbon dioxide emissions, some other factors also influence the climate. Deforestation in the tropical area also contributes to such change. Increased greenhouse effect is also equally responsible. These all factors deplete the climate and due to which various effects are observed like acidification of oceans.

World's ecological problems are hunger, poverty, climate change, environment degradation and poor health. These problems are increasing rapidly. The main cause of these problems is the anthropogenic activities. The increase in population and the human activities are making the conditions worse. There are various persons in the world like Bill Gates, Melinda Gates, George Soros, warren buffet, Richard Branson and ted turner who invested their personal fortunes to maintain the global peace and prosperity. Their main motive is to overcome the ecological problems occurring now days. If all the individuals will work together they can bring the solutions for the recurring problems. For example- Angela Merkel is a German chancellor who did efforts to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide in the air. According to her, industrialized countries should cut their emissions, with respect to them other countries will also do so and Joss Garman, an activist organized the climate change camp to ensure Greenpeace. All the individuals, world leaders, corporation sector and industrial sector have to make efforts so that the ecological problem which the world is facing is reduced. They should take severe measures and action against the source of problem. Taxes should be implied on the industries and factories to reduce the emission of harmful gases. Emission of carbon dioxide should be a punishable offence. Ensure that particular area has desired number of trees and proper vegetation. Regular check on the environmental conditions by the environment officers.
