Quizplus offers a monthly, quarterly and a yearly subscription option.
After signing up and when you are ready to subscribe,

- Go to your dashboard and click on “Start New Plan”.
- Choose the plan that suits your needs.
- Click on “Subscribe”.
- Choose your method of payment e.g. “PayPal, Credit card”.
- Fill the payment information and click on “Pay”.
After you subscribe to a plan, you will receive credit that is added to your balance by which you’ll be able to use later to unlock quizzes and flashcards to view their answers. You will also receive a balance for textbook solutions, OCR searches, and AI searches that you’ll be able to use until the end of your subscription.
After signing up, if you’re eligible for a promotion coupon, the promotion code should appear at the top of your dashboard.
To claim your promotion code,
- Copy the promo code.
- Paste the code at the payment page.
- Click “Apply”.
- The discounted amount will appear before checking out.
If you are not willing to be charged by our recurring subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription. If you have already cancelled your subscription but were still charged, it might be because you cancelled your subscription after the next subscription payment due.
If your subscription balance has expired and you'd like to extend it, go to your dashboard and click "Boost Your Quizzes" and select the number of quizzes you'd like to add, or upgrade your plan and increase your balance by clicking "Upgrade Plan." Both of these choices will extend the expiration date of your balance.
All Subscription fees are non-refundable. No refund will be granted regardless of the reason. This policy is strict. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. You can only cancel your subscription after 12 hours of subscribing:
- Login using the credentials you used to subscribe.
- Go to the tools menu on the left-hand side of your Home page.
- Select "Settings".
- Click on the settings icon.
- Under “Balance & Membership”, click on the 3 dots to the right.
- Choose "Manage Membership" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the "I want to" menu located on the right side of the pop-up.
- Select either "Pause Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription" from the drop-down menu.
Due to Apple's in-app purchase system, Quizplus is unable to directly manage or cancel subscriptions made through it. Nevertheless, you can follow the steps below to cancel your Apple/iTunes subscription on your own.
- Go to your iPhone "Settings"
- Go to the "iCloud" section.
- Select "Subscriptions".
- Navigate to your Quizplus subscription.
- Select "Cancel Subscription” from the menu.
Free trial plan is a short plan for a couple of days (clarified on the checkout modal) that provides a certain amount of balance e.g. quizzes, flashcards… etc. which allows users to try Quizplus' services for free before committing to an active recurring subscription.
When you view a quiz that is part of the free trial, a "Access For Free" button will show at the top right of the quiz, which you may click to claim your free trial. Once you claim your free trial you will have a free access to a certain amount of balance (flashcards, quizzes, etc.).
If the free trial is canceled and no subscription is purchased then the Quiz unlocks and flashcard unlocks during the free trial period do not roll over to subsequent months no matter the reason. However, if a subscription is purchased then the unused balance rolls over to the subsequent months.
If you wish not to proceed with a free trial and would like to cancel before the first billing date, you can follow the cancellation process as mentioned above. Keep in mind that you are not allowed to cancel during the first 12 hours of a free trial.
After you unlock a quiz or a flashcard, it will be accessible to you until your subscription expires.
If you have any remaining balance in your account, it will rollover to the subsequent month/quarter/ year depending on your subscription plan as long as you don’t cancel your subscription. Members who cancel their subscription will lose their unused balance once the upcoming billing invoice is due.
When you subscribe to a plan, you will get balance to use our OCR tool. OCR search enables you to search for questions, quizzes … etc. by scanned paper documents, PDF files or images captured by a digital camera.

To request a refund for a purchase that was made for an Apple device or made on an iTunes account, please follow these steps. Due to an Apple policy that applies to all of their app purchases, Apple/iTunes refunds can only be processed by them. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Go to Apple Report a Problem
- Sign in to your account with the same Apple ID used for the purchase
- Click "Report a Problem" next to the purchase you’d like to refund
- Select the appropriate item from the "Choose Problem" dropdown menu
- In the text box, state that you’d like a refund and explain the reason
- Click Submit
