A 67 year old man visits his doctor. He had recently lost his wife. The loss of his wife has caused the patient to slip into depression. In addition he is a veteran of the Vietnam War. Many survivors of the war suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety.
He is not able to cope with the death of his wife and starts drinking beer and taking marijuana.
