MBWA (management by walking around) is basically an unstructured approach for hand-on and manager direct participation in work of their subordinates related affairs, in contrast to distant and rigid management. In practices of MBWA, managers mostly spend their significant amount of time for making their informal visits to particular work area for perspective of listen all the employees.
