Step 1 of 2

Communication process is a four step process in which the sender encodes information and sends it across using a transmission medium and the receiver decodes the information and offers a feedback, the four steps involved in the process are:

1. Encoding the information: In this stage the sender encodes the information using a particular language and sends it across by using a medium.

2. Transmission of the message: The sender sends the message by using the channel or the medium selected for sending the message.

3. Receipt of the message: In this stage the receiver will be receiving the message and decodes the information so that the meaning of the message can be understood.

4. Feedback stage: During this stage the receiver will determine whether a feedback is necessary, in case he feels that a feedback is needed then he will give a reply.
