Leadership continuum model was developed by theorists S and T. This model illustrates that continuum of leadership possible behavior is available to manager through which various styles of leadership can be placed. Continuum represents action range that is related to degree of authority used by manager and to the freedom area available to non managers that can help them in reaching at particular decisions.
