Step 1 of 3

Suppose in an educational institution there is a need for SPSS software which is required for employees and students. The software is very costly which required huge expenditure in terms of installation and training but is useful in the long run. The boss/ principal is required to take a decision regarding to give the permit the purchase of software to bring about innovation and change in the organization. However, if the boss delays the decision, the cost will increase.

The boss must call a meeting and ask the views of every employee. The employees should behave maturely and showed a consensus that the change should be brought in the organization. Then he should communicate with employees and after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of software, the permission to purchase of software for the organization should be given.
