Yes, personality does play an important part in our personal and professional happiness and success. Personality is a combination of behavioral, mental and emotional traits that define an individual. For example if we have optimistic personality then personally we will be satisfied with things as we will see each situation in a positive manner. Not only personally, professionally as well optimistic people are more creative and have higher level of performance.
