Are unions greedy because they expect workers to receive more than they are worth, or is management greedy because it takes excessive salaries and gives too large a share of the profits to the owners?

Neither Unions nor the managements are to be termed as greedy because the unions wants to get more salaries for the employees than they require and the owners because the managers try to get more profits for their management because they are part of the system and their creation is meant to fight any injustice to either employees or employers.
