Human resource management

Human resource management represents formal arrangement undertaken for managing the people underlying the organization. There are three main responsibilities of the manager heading the human resource department viz. defining/designing work, employee benefits and compensation and staffing. In other words, it is the arrangement underlying which thee employees are recruited and their skills are developed so as to make them a valuable resource of the organization.
